"As a result of the programme, I have lost a stone in weight but that is not the most important thing to me, the gain in energy and confidence is the real win. I feel completely different. I am less tired than I was before, I wake up feeling motivated. I can focus in the main for the whole day - I don’t have the dips and slumps in energy I had before. I get out and exercise, going for walks, classes or the gym and look forward to this as I can see and feel the change in my body. My overall mood has improved and I am happier and more relaxed. "I was not aware until I met with Sarah about how big the impact of sugar was having on my health. As well as supporting me to make better choices again and some new ones, more importantly she helped me understand why I was doing this! Sarah was never judgemental and certainly didn’t use a one size fits all approach in our sessions.
